Northwest Title, LLC (NWTitle), (f/k/a/ Northwest Title Co) with a registered dba,
NexTitle, is a Washington licensed title agency which performs title-related services
throughout the United States, and Title Services of Nevada, LLC , a Nevada Limited
Liability Company, (TSN), with a registered d.b.a., NexTitle which perform title-related
services in the state of Nevada. Both NWTitle and TSN are partially owned by one
or more principals of Routh Crabtree Olsen, P.S. ("Firm"). The principals of the
Firm also have an ownership interest in Northwest Trustee Services, Inc. ("Trustee"),
more particularly described in a separate disclosure. TSN is a wholly owned subsidiary
of NWTitle.
